Are your paintings hand-painted? Do you sell prints?

Stroke & Hue focuses on hand-painted oil paintings. Each artwork is created by artists using real brushwork, layered color, and visible texture.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, our artworks are not mass-produced printed posters. Because every painting is made by hand, small differences in brushwork, texture, and color details are natural and part of the artwork’s character.

Will my painting look exactly like the website image?

We do our best to display product images, colors, and textures accurately. However, each piece is hand-painted, so slight variations in brushstrokes, texture, color blending, and composition may occur.

Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. These small variations are normal for handmade artwork and do not mean the artwork is defective.

What materials do you use?

Our artworks are created with carefully selected canvas and professional art materials suitable for decorative oil paintings. Many pieces are finished with protective care before shipping.

To help preserve your artwork, we recommend keeping it away from direct moisture, strong sunlight, and extreme temperature changes.

Is each artwork one of a kind?

Each hand-painted artwork has its own brushwork, texture, and visual details. Even when an artwork is inspired by the same design, no two hand-painted pieces will be exactly identical.

This handmade variation gives each Stroke & Hue painting its own quiet character and presence.

Does the artist sign the painting?

Artist signature placement may vary by artwork. If you have a specific preference, such as a signature on the front or back of the canvas, please contact us before placing your order or leave a clear note with your order.

Can I customize the size, colors, or details?

Yes. Depending on the artwork, we may be able to adjust size, color direction, texture style, or certain composition details.

Please email info@strokehue.com with your preferred size, color reference, room photo, or inspiration image. We will review your request and confirm what can be made before production begins.

How do I share my custom ideas?

You can send your ideas by email, including reference images, room photos, preferred dimensions, color palette, or any special notes. Clear details help us understand your space and expectations.

Our team will review your request and reply with practical guidance before confirming the custom order.

Can custom artwork be returned?

Custom-made or personalized artworks are created specifically for your request and are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Please review all custom details carefully before confirming production.

How long does it take to receive my painting?

Because each artwork is hand-painted and carefully prepared before shipping, the total delivery time is estimated as follows:

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Stroke & Hue offers free worldwide shipping to eligible destinations. The available shipping options for your address will be shown at checkout.

How will my painting be shipped?

Your artwork will be carefully packed with protective materials to help prevent damage during transit. We use reliable shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other suitable courier services depending on destination and artwork size.

You will receive tracking information by email after your order has shipped.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For U.S. orders, applicable import duties and taxes are covered by Stroke & Hue unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For orders outside the United States, local customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be charged by your country or region and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@strokehue.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the artwork, and photos of the packaging. This helps us review the issue quickly and arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund when eligible.

Can I return my artwork?

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the artwork must be unused, undamaged, unmodified, and in the same condition that you received it. It should be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

Custom-made or personalized artworks are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item, defective item, or damage confirmed upon delivery, Stroke & Hue will cover the return shipping cost or provide another suitable solution.

For standard returns due to buyer’s remorse, such as a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or a style preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We charge No Restocking Fee ($0.00) for valid returns that meet our return eligibility requirements.

Where should I send a return?

Please do not send returns to the registered company address without contacting us first. The registered address is not our standard return facility.

To start a return, email info@strokehue.com with your order number. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address for your order.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
