We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at info@strokehue.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
• The artwork must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The artwork should be returned in its original protective packaging whenever possible, including all included accessories or documents.
• Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number, must be provided.

Because every hand-painted oil painting may include natural brushwork, texture, and slight color variation, small handmade differences are not considered defects.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@strokehue.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, clear photos and/or videos of the artwork, the outer packaging, inner protective packaging, and shipping label.

Custom-made or personalized artworks, including artworks made with customized size, color, composition, or other personal requests, are not eligible for standard buyer’s remorse returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items may include:

• Custom-made or personalized artworks.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance items or products marked as Final Sale.

Buyer’s remorse returns: If the return is due to personal preference, changed mind, wrong size selected, or the artwork not matching your space, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our error or confirmed defect: If the return is due to our error, a wrong item, or confirmed damage/defect, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a suitable resolution.

Restocking fee: We charge No Restocking Fee ($0.00) for valid returns that meet our return eligibility requirements.

Follow these steps to request a return:

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. The fastest way to receive a different artwork is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
