• Return window: Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
• Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with protective materials included, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong item.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos so we can review the issue and assist you.
• Return shipping: If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For standard returns due to buyer’s remorse, changed mind, wrong size ordered, or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Restocking fee: We charge No Restocking Fee ($0.00) for valid returns that meet our return eligibility requirements.
