Before your artwork leaves our studio, we will send photos or a short video of the finished painting for your review. You can see the color, texture, composition, and overall presence of the piece before it is carefully packed for delivery.

We only move forward with final packing and shipping after your artwork has been reviewed and confirmed, so you can order with greater confidence.

Every Stroke & Hue artwork is individually created by skilled artists with trained hands and a refined eye for composition, color, proportion, and texture. Each artwork is made to order and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Painting, quality checking, and preview preparation usually take 3–10 business days. After approval, express shipping usually takes 4–10 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Total delivery time is usually 7–20 business days. Your artwork will be professionally packed with protective materials and shipped with tracking, helping ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition.

For the most refined presentation, we recommend choosing a framed option. A well-selected frame gives the artwork a more complete, polished, and intentional look, allowing the piece to feel beautifully integrated into your home from the moment it arrives.

If your artwork arrives damaged or there is a shipping issue, please send us clear photos of the artwork and packaging. We will review the situation carefully and help arrange a suitable solution. Custom or personalized orders may be handled according to our customization policy.
